New for 2012 - Once a 19th century workshop used by the Cobb fishermen to mend their boats, nets and crab pots; The Boathouse has been completely rebuilt as a luxury coastal holiday home within the footprint of the original structure.
Full of light and space, the Grade II listed accommodation is within two self-contained parts linked by a very private, south-facing courtyard. Every architectural and design feature has been carefully chosen by the owners to create an outstandingly comfortable 'Cape Cod' style holiday home - from a stainless steel and marble kitchen, to gleaming white bathrooms with powerful showers; to deep mattress beds, big sofas and cosy log burning stoves. But not forgetting wireless Broadband, Panasonic Smart TV and satellite box. With parking space for one car and only two minutes walk from the beach and the Cobb, with all its fascinating history, The Boathouse is totally private, completely unique.
A £100 refundable security deposit will be required.
