One of Lyme's hidden gems, `The Spinney` is a most attractive detached holiday cottage in a stunning location with excellent views to the sea and a fabulous garden.
Situated in a private cul-de-sac with direct access to the coast path and National Trust reserve, the property is only 5 minutes walk from the seafront and town centre and provides spacious, high quality accommodation. A balcony leading from the main living areas offers ideal space from which to relax and enjoy the views over the garden and to the sea beyond. A small gate from the mature garden with lawn and shrubs provides direct access onto Cobb Road taking you down to the beach and harbour. A double garage and driveway to the front provide off-road parking for up to 4 or 5 cars.

A £100 refundable security deposit will be required for all bookings. Please note occupation of this property is from 4pm on the day of arrival.
