an accolade at 4 star for outstanding consistency and a minimum grade of 86% in all areas.

SILVER AWARD:
an accolade at 3 star for those properties which rate consistently high in all areas but can not achieve 4 star due to the restricted living space available for the numbers of guests it can comfortably sleep.

PLEASE NOTE: The percentages shown and number of stars awarded to a property reflect the OVERALL award by our inspector, where as in the full and detailed report, provided to property owners, percentages are awarded for each 'critcial area: public areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens.

The number of stars awarded cannot exceed the lowest rating given in any critical area, which ensures consistency in all aspects of a property. It also means that, in some instances, the overall percentage may slightly exceed the number of stars awarded.
