Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall has set up River Cottage HQ, a cookery school based near Axminster, Devon.
Hughs team can teach you how to grow your own food, rear and butcher your own animals, and then cook what youve produced. They also run evening events based on a four-course set menu of the best local, seasonal ingredients.
Evening Events - On Fridays you can enjoy four courses of the best seasonal produce, designed in a set menu by Head Chef Gillon Meller. On Saturdays they add wine to the menu and fantastic live local entertainment. HQ cater for all dietary requirements and you are welcome to bring your own wine. Seasonal evenings include Summer Nights in the River Cottage garden, Bonfire Night, Burns Night and Christmas
