Lyme Bay Holidays Competition<\/p>\n
These terms and conditions apply to the “Donkey Sanctuary Adoption Pack Giveaway” competition (“The Competition”) run by Lyme Bay\u00a0 Holidays on Meta accounts, Facebook and Instagram.<\/p>\n
By claiming the prize, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.<\/p>\n
The competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees of Lyme Bay Holidays and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.<\/p>\n
Competition Entry<\/p>\n
Lyme Bay Holidays reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time.<\/p>\n
To enter The Competition, the described action must be completed between 00.01 25\/06\/2024 and 23.59 09\/07\/2024.<\/p>\n
Entry to the competition may only be made through the applicable method(s) indicated in the competition information.<\/p>\n
The method of entry “Comment Drizzle” describes the action of commenting your answer on the ” Donkey Sanctuary Adoption Pack giveaway” post on Facebook and Instagram.<\/p>\n
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.<\/p>\n
Prizes<\/p>\n
The Competition prize of a Donkey Sanctuary Adoption Pack of the winner’s choice will be provided by Lyme Bay Holidays.<\/p>\n
The Competition opens at 00.01 25\/06\/2024 and closes at 23.59 09\/07\/2024.<\/p>\n
The winner will be selected at random by a member of staff in Lyme Bay Holidays uniform by pulling a name on a video which will be posted on Instagram and Facebook, and contacted before 11\/07\/2022. Winners must claim their prize within 3 working days of notification or the prize will be void and a new winner selected.<\/p>\n
Lyme Bay Holidays decision on the winner is final.<\/p>\n
Lyme Bay Holidays is entitled to refuse to process any prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce sufficient identification when claiming a prize.<\/p>\n
Lyme Bay Holidays will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition or prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize.<\/p>\n
Lyme Bay Holidays will never ask for bank details or for a form to be filled in to claim this “Donkey Sanctuary Adoption Pack” Giveaway prize.<\/p>\n
Lyme Bay Holidays reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.<\/p>\n
The Competition prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.<\/p>\n
By claiming The Competition prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n
