Seaton Bay<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you’re looking for a family friendly paradise Seaton<\/a> offers every kind of seaside fun from rock-pooling to paddle-boarding. At over a mile long The beach is sandwiched between red cliffs on one side and white cliffs on the other and it’s\u00a0 also another excellent spot for finding fossils.<\/p>\n

Exmouth<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of Devons premier destinations for watersports this traditional seaside town on the outskirts of Exeter boasts a long stretch of sandy beach and dunes. Windsurfing, kayaking and surfing are just some of the outdoor activities which can be enjoyed and the town also has a cinema, bowling alley and amusement arcades.<\/p>\n

Beer Beach<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beer<\/a> and its beautiful private cove is home to a small fleet of local fishing boats. Famous Beer crab\u00a0 can be enjoyed in the selection of delightful beach cafes. Surrounded by chalky white cliffs the beach is a natural sun trap on a summers day, but if you need to cool down just take a swim in the sparkling blue waters and retire to one of the many deckchairs which are available to hire.<\/p>\n

Surrounded by breathtaking Devon<\/a> countryside the traditional seaside town of Sidmouth has two large stretches of family friendly beach. The town itself is full of historic buildings and architecture and an abundance of restaurants, pubs and cafes.<\/p>\n

Branscombe<\/strong><\/p>\n

A hidden treasure, nestled in the base of a valley that meanders all the way to the beach, Branscombe is one of the most quaint and beautiful villages on the Jurassic coast. A day at the beach wouldn’t be complete without a boat trip and then lunch in the delightful beachside restaurant.<\/p>\n
