The property

A pretty artisans' cottage situated in Jericho, a lane in the heart of Lyme Regis by the River Lym. A picturesque five minute riverside walk through the Old Town to the town centre and seafront, makes Jericho one of the most sought after locations in Lyme Regis. It is one, of four former mill worker's cottages, built in the 19th century, and the property provides a cosy and comfortable retreat for couples or small families. Sympathetically refurbished, it retains some lovely character features, including an original window seat and a feature fireplace with woodburning stove. A south facing , enclosed shared garden to the front has a place to sit and relax and listen to the sounds of the river. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. A charming cottage in a great location and a good base to enjoy a traditional cottage holiday in this popular seaside resort. Please note: A maximum of 1 dog is accepted. When unpacking a vehicle please note the property is on a narrow no through road. We advise unpacking at the wooden gate and going no further down due to the lack of turning space.
