    “We had a lovely return stay at the cottage.”

    Just one point to note the smoke alarm upstairs may need a battery change as it went off at 6am the other morning with obviously no reason as to why as we were all asleep, so it may need checking if faulty.

The property

A charming period cottage situated in the much sought after location in the heart of Lyme Regis. One of the towns oldest and most picturesque settings Sherborne Lane is a short walk from the seafront and Lymes unique collection of privately owned shops, restaurants, pubs, galleries and local attractions. The cottage is comfortably furnished and retains much character and charm. Outside to the rear is a small patio with seating which offers views over the towns rooftops. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. An ideal base for those looking for a relaxing break in this picturesque, unspoilt Dorset town. Please note: The staircase in the property is quite narrow and twisting and may not be suitable for the young or infirm. Stairgates will not fit the staircase but there is a door at the bottom of the stairs.
