    “This property is in a great location, very central and literally a couple of minutes from the sea.”

    It is light, bright and airy and extremely well equipped. There was nothing I needed and couldn’t find and in fact I found things I didn’t expect, including hairdryers in the double rooms, which was brilliant! I was also impressed at the amount of china, glass, cups and cutlery were provided, making life much easier. We would definitely stay again!

Guests can also enjoy the use of a private courtyard terrace with seating. In an excellent location, this is an ideal seaside home from which to enjoy all that the traditional holiday resort of Lyme Regis has to offer. Please note: Typical of properties of this age, the cottage has fairly steep staircases (with handrails) so extra care should be taken by the young or infirm. Supervision of younger children will be required in the raised garden area due to the access steps. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 adults.
