    “Great place.”

    We know Charmouth extremely well having been holidaying there for decades. This house was perfect for our needs this time being very near the beach and had every thing we needed as three same family couples. Only improvement that could be made was the parking provision which took a little bit of driving skill to get a mondeo and focus sized estate cars in behind the closed wooden gates and off the lane as requested, otherwise, perfect.

The property

A spacious and elegant family home situated only a few minutes’ walk from the famous fossil beach in the coastal village of Charmouth. Located on a private no through road, Pembroke has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers everything required for a relaxing family holiday. The well designed kitchen flows through to a large dining room with adjoining sun room. The spacious lounge is bright yet cosy with an open fire and views over the front gardens. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, with the two master bedrooms sharing a connecting balcony which makes the most of the coastal views; the perfect spot to sit and unwind. The large enclosed gardens wrap around this delightful house and provide an alfresco dining area at the rear along with lawn surrounded by mature trees, shrubs and cottage style planting. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. The village pubs, shops and restaurants are all within a short walk and with off-road parking for two cars this makes this an excellent base to enjoy this beautiful part of the Jurassic Coast.
