“Photos of outside space somewhat misleading as actual patio available was smaller than shown in pics.”

More soap required; both containers nearly empty. No washing powder/tabs were provided. A lot of the glasses and crockery needed washing again before use. Couldn't find a teapot. Great view.

“We loved our stay at Holme Cleve!”

We loved how spacious and well equipped the property was (dishwasher was a real treat for us!). The garden space was particularly enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the location as it was very peaceful. The view is stunning! One (really tiny) recommendation is to have an additional dresser in the bedroom so the bathroom doesn't get too crowded. We were a little confused with the written instructions to find the property but we got there in the end!

A delightful aspect of this property is its private seating area overlooking the bay and the terraced gardens of the magnificent main house, a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast watching the sun come up through the palm trees over the harbour and beach below. With the benefit of parking for one car and its very enviable views, Holme Cleve is an outstanding choice for holidays in this beautiful part of Dorset at anytime of the year.
