    The bedside cabinets are fabulous! A lot of imagination has been put into this. The front door sticks a bit and the keysafe is stiff to open. We loved our stay!

The south-east facing property is naturally placed to make the most of the daylight especially with the large French windows and Juliet balcony, ideal for reading a book with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Designed to be eco-friendly, with extensive insulation, the property is cool in the summer and warm in the winter making it suitable for a break at any time of the year. An abundance of local footpaths nearby makes this an ideal base for walkers and those looking for a quieter location within easy reach of the seafront and town centre. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Lyme Regis can be found within a five minute drive or a twenty five minute stroll along a beautiful river walk. Please note: A maximum of 1 dog is accepted. The beautiful countryside surrounding the village of Uplyme, on the borders of Devon and Dorset, is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, criss-crossed by bridleways and footpaths including the East Devon Way, and providing perfect country walks and superb views. The area was chosen by TV chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall for his River Cottage HQ at Park Farm, where you can treat yourself to a great meal.
