    “Absolutely loved the house but the location, on a busy road was disappointing.”

    There was a lot of noisy traffic from early in the morning and not able to sit outside due to the noise. Such a shame because the outside area was very inviting. There was also a lack of cupboard space for food in the kitchen.

The property

Blue Neptune is a brand new 4 star Gold property, a bright and modern cottage conveniently situated on Lyme Road, one of the main roads into town. Blue Neptune is on the bus route from Axminster Station and the Jurassic Coaster – bus stop opposite. Lyme Regis Medical Centre and pharmacy are just across the road, and it is only a 10-minute walk down to Broad Street and its array of shops and cafes leading on down to the seafront. The stylish, contemporary interior is complimented by quality furnishings throughout and a spacious vaulted, open-plan living area leads onto a balcony with a lovely view over the town to the coastline. A real feature of the property is the garden which can be access from the ground and first floor levels and much thought has gone into the best use of the space with various seating areas to sit and relax throughout the day. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include local milk, Dorset tea, fruit juice, biscuits, chocolate truffles and a chilled bottle of prosecco.
