Quietly situated in Uplyme, on the outskirts of Lyme Regis is this delightful, detached bungalow with a large mature garden. Refurbished and modernised to a good standard the property has some lovely countryside views from the open plan lounge and dining room and the master bedroom. As well as a decked seating area the enclosed rear gardens include two large lawns and wild areas, a real treat for children to explore. An ideal retreat for couples or families looking for a quiet hideaway with beautiful walking countryside on the doorstep yet only a few minutes drive from Lyme Regis. There is also a pleasant riverside walk of about 30 minutes which leads to the town and beach.

On the outskirts of Lyme Regis but a village with with an identity in its own right is Uplyme. Surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside, the area is popular with local walkers keen to take in the fauna & flora. Follow the old Bluebell Line or walk past the viaduct at Cannington - a stunning piece of architecture straddling the valley.
With a great many amenities including The Talbot Inn village pub, village hall, a church, play park, cricket club, tennis courts, petrol station and post office store, stocking a good supply of produce including locally sourced bread, wine, beer and cider. A picturesque 30-minute riverside walk will take you into Lyme Regis.
Prices and Availability
As a general rule, short breaks are always available outside of peak summer and school holiday weeks, though this will vary per property and will be specified if different from this. Short break availability will automatically show on the booking calendar, normally within two weeks of the start date if within peak season.
