The open plan living space boasts wonderful character and charm, with a vaulted ceiling, exposed timbers and even a woodburner for those cooler, cosy nights by the fire. Two good sized bedrooms have sumptuous quality beds and both have ensuite facilities. The grounds are home to an abundance of local wildlife including owls, deer, pheasants and buzzards and a walk through the grounds leads to a multitude of footpaths, bridleways and meadows. A perfect, serene sanctuary for couples looking for a quiet hideaway with beautiful walking countryside on the doorstep and with its woodburner and exceptional views, a great choice all year round.
Larch Barn is approximately 10mins from the coast at Sidmouth by car and 20mins by bike

As a general rule, short breaks are always available outside of peak summer and school holiday weeks, though this will vary per property and will be specified if different from this. Short break availability will automatically show on the booking calendar, normally within two weeks of the start date. If you are unable to find your required dates then please contact us on 01297 443363 or firstname.lastname@example.org and the sales team will be able to advise on any flexibility on the standard breaks.
