This quaint little cottage offers characterful accommodation, situated in the heart of the historic Old Town of Lyme Regis, with easy access to the beaches, restaurants, pubs, a local micro brewery, museums, and shops. The decor throughout is bright, airy benefiting from being recently updated and refreshed.

The cottage has a living room with a window seat, where you can enjoy your favourite book, or watch the world go by. You will also benefit from a small patio and garden area at the rear of the cottage (the driveway and paths are shared with No.2 & 3). The garden is a peaceful place to enjoy the sun, or evening drinks. The cottage is set back from the hustle and bustle of the town, but is in quiet street with fairly level access to the sea only a few minutes away (500 yards) and access to the famous Cobb and harbour (5 minutes walk).

No. 1 Dolphin Cottage offers a cute and cosy hideaway for all seasons (and you can bring your dog), complete with a parking space for you to explore all that Lyme Regis and the surrounding area has to offer.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.

  • A maximum of one dog is accepted. Dogs are charged at £20 each per week (or part week).
