Nestled alongside the picturesque River Lym, this former mill workers’ cottage, built in the 19th Century, has been newly renovated to an exceptional standard to provide a cosy and comfortable retreat for couples or small families.

Retaining many of its original charming and characterful period features, including an original window seat and feature fireplace with woodburning stove, this is beautiful cottage presented with style. A real feature is the first floor sun room with doors opening onto a roof terrace which really makes the most of this most enviable riverside location.

A south facing, enclosed shared garden with patio to the front is a great spot to sit and enjoy some alfresco dining or to simply relax and listen to the sounds of the river. A short walk from the seafront and towns unique collection of privately owned shops, restaurants, pubs and galleries, this is a delightful cottage in a central location and a great base to enjoy a traditional cottage holiday in this popular seaside resort.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.


Please note:

    • A refundable security deposit of £50 is required for all bookings.
    • Due to the proximity of the River Lym care will need to be taken with small children
    • The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 persons plus one infant. If the sofa bed is required instead of a single bed please specify at time of booking.
