A beautiful, Grade II listed cottage enjoying a quiet position in the heart of the much sought after Old Town area of Lyme Regis.

The nearby river walk provides a level and picturesque walk alongside the River Lym and past the historic town mill to the shops, restaurants and seafront. The property has been fully refurbished to a very high standard combining original features with a smart contemporary finish and exceptional attention to detail. To the rear of the house there is a level, fully enclosed, gravelled garden with picnic table which enjoys a sunny southerly aspect providing a perfect place for children to play while you sit back and relax, maybe with a chilled glass of wine. At the rear of the garden there is a fence screen and gate providing access to the parking space behind.
