  • Access to the property is either through the door off the Marine Parade with the 'Little Madeira' sign or from Broad Street down a private path starting besides the 'Galley Café'
  • None of the properties along the Marine Parade has parking. However, off-road parking for the flat is available just after the turn off into Poole's Court Road near the bottom of Church Street.
  • Children using the steps down the secret passageway to the seafront need to be accompanied by an adult.
