Our only issues were as follows:
1) initially we had booked a date in June, but due to family circumstances had to change this to May. We nevertheless had to pay the June tariff rather than the cheaper rate for May, and also had to pay an admin charge to make the change
2) the Internet did not work in the house, and could not be fixed by your maintenance engineer. My son who had joined us for the week, but needed to do some work one day was forced to go to a Costa cafe to get some wifi
3) the provision of toilet rolls and dishwasher capsules was very meagre and we asked for some more, which were provided to us, albeit reluctantly
