New property for 2020 - An exceptional seafront duplex penthouse apartment which commands spectacular, panoramic sea and coastal views. Occupying the top floor of this fine period building, the apartment’s stylish, modernised interior is complimented by quality furnishings throughout. The accommodation features a well equipped kitchen/diner and spacious living room with bay window providing lovely views of the beach and seafront ; double sliding doors at the back of this room can be opened so you take advantage of the views from the Master bedroom. The second bedroom also has superb sea views.

A real feature of the property is the sun room with double doors opening onto 25 feet of decked roof terrace. This offers almost complete seclusion along with views which stretch from Portland Bill in the east to Start Point at the southernmost tip of Devon, approximately 50 nautical miles. Loungers on the terrace make this the perfect spot to relax with a good book and a glass of wine whilst listening to the breaking of the waves on the seashore.

For the keen walker, an 8 mile hike eastwards will take you through the Undercliff nature reserve to Lyme Regis whilst in the other direction you will find the neighbouring village of Beer home to the Quarry Caves and Pecorama tourist attractions. Seaton’s famous electric tramway is certainly worth a visit taking you on a scenic 3 mile journey up the Valley and through the Seaton wetlands nature reserve to the historic town of Colyton. About Devon (Seaton)

Tucked away in a corner of East Devon, is the beautiful, unspoilt Axe Valley. At the mouth of the River Axe is the friendly, coastal resort of Seaton. The mile-long beach at Seaton is excellent for water sports, from sailing and swimming, to diving and windsurfing.
With the new and fantastic Seaton Jurassic centre now open, Seaton's location on the Jurassic coast make it well worth a visit. The town has a good selection of small, independent shops, as well as a couple of well-known supermarkets. There's a good choice of eateries, including The Shed Steakhouse, Flipside and The Malthouse, as well as two very good fish and chip shops and Chinese and Indian restaurants.
Seaton's unique tramway runs inland, along the Axe Estuary, to the medieval market town of Colyton and is perfect for birdwatchers, transport enthusiasts or those who simply want to watch the beautiful riverside scenery glide by. Next to the tramway is the new Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve. The installation of a viewing hide and wheelchair-friendly paths means this beautiful area and its wildlife - wildfowl and wading birds in winter; dragonflies and butterflies in summer - are now easily accessible all year round.
