A very attractive modern semi-detached town house quietly located on a small select development in a residential area of Lyme Regis.

There is a small south facing garden with a raised deck leading from the sitting room, as well as a good sized patio and a small sloping lawn. This terraced garden with garden furniture offers a place to sit and enjoy the sun almost all day while taking advantage of the views.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Approximately 15 minutes walk down to the town and beaches. Some holidaymakers may want us to mention that this new development backs on to the small cemetery in Lyme Regis. The cul-de-sac has a small playground for young children.
