Seafield Road is one of Seaton’s most imposing rows of Victorian houses, enjoying lovely views over Seafield Gardens with its tennis courts and park, to the beach and coast beyond.

Recently renovated to an exceptional standard, this beautifully presented home has retained its sense of grandeur with its high ceilings and original period features typical of a property of this age. The larger lounge is situated on the first floor to make the most of the views.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.

Seaton itself boasts many visitor attractions and popular activities for a seaside holiday. The beach is perfect for water sports with sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding permanent features in the bay. A variety of shops, pubs and restaurants are within an easy walk. The picturesque fishing village of Beer, just a five minutes’ drive and with the seaside resorts of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth within 15 minutes by car this property is a great base for discovering this popular stretch of the World Heritage Jurassic coast.

About Devon (Seaton)

Tucked away in a corner of East Devon, is the beautiful, unspoilt Axe Valley. At the mouth of the River Axe is the friendly, coastal resort of Seaton. The mile-long beach at Seaton is excellent for water sports, from sailing and swimming, to diving and windsurfing.
With the new and fantastic Seaton Jurassic centre now open, Seaton's location on the Jurassic coast make it well worth a visit. The town has a good selection of small, independent shops, as well as a couple of well-known supermarkets. There's a good choice of eateries, including The Shed Steakhouse, Flipside and The Malthouse, as well as two very good fish and chip shops and Chinese and Indian restaurants.
Seaton's unique tramway runs inland, along the Axe Estuary, to the medieval market town of Colyton and is perfect for birdwatchers, transport enthusiasts or those who simply want to watch the beautiful riverside scenery glide by. Next to the tramway is the new Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve. The installation of a viewing hide and wheelchair-friendly paths means this beautiful area and its wildlife - wildfowl and wading birds in winter; dragonflies and butterflies in summer - are now easily accessible all year round.
