A hidden gem in the heart of Lyme Regis; a beautifully renovated detached bungalow, with a private garden and wonderful views of the Jurassic Coast.

Situated at the end of a private lane just above, and with access to, Langmoor Gardens, all Lyme's amenities and the beach are just a short walk away (3-5 minutes). This fantastic open plan designed property has spacious living accommodation and features including a wood burning stove, oak flooring and a vaulted ceiling. There are two bedrooms with the master having ensuite facilities. In addition, there is a sleeping platform built into the eaves for the more adventurous!

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Enjoying an enclosed private garden with lawn and decked area and with off road parking for one car this is an outstanding property from which to enjoy all that is wonderful about this seaside town.


Please note: No cot space in the bedrooms. This property has 2 bedrooms for 4 people. The sleeping platform/deck has a double mattress with very limited headroom and is not suitable for young children or for more than one adult. Arrival time is 4pm. A maximum of two dogs are accepted.
