The large decked area at the front is perfect for enjoying some alfresco dining or to simply sit quietly with a book and appreciate this most enviable of seaside locations.

Just a short stroll will take you to the famous Cobb harbour and Marine Parade leading into the heart of Lyme Regis with its restaurants, independent shops and galleries. With the added bonus of parking for one car this is an ideal base for families looking for a traditional seaside holiday or exploring the fossil hunting beaches on this popular stretch of the Jurassic Coast.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.

  • A maximum of 1 dog is accepted. If you would like to bring a dog then this is charged at £20 per week (or part week). This property has no cot space.
  • A refundable security deposit of £50 is required for all bookings.
