A superbly presented cottage, wonderfully situated alongside the River Lym yet within an easy 5 minute walk of the seafront and the various restaurants and shops in Lyme Regis.

Recently renovated to a high standard, the owners have married a mix of traditional features with a contemporary finish and beautiful personal touches. A real feature of the property is the large sunny kitchen / dining room with doors leading out to a garden which takes full advantage of the peaceful location. The large lawn is perfect for children to play while you sit back and relax, maybe with a chilled glass of wine, listening to the river flowing nearby.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. This really is a wonderful holiday home-from-home and the perfect place to enjoy all that this unspoilt seaside resort has to offer.
