Blue Neptune is a brand new, bright and modern cottage situated on the outskirts of Lyme Regis around a 10 to 15 minute walk from Lyme Regis seafront and town centre.

The stylish, contemporary interior is complimented by quality furnishings throughout and a spacious open-plan living area leads onto a balcony with a lovely view over the town to the coastline.

A real feature of the property is the garden which can be access from the ground and first floor levels and much thought has gone into the best use of the space with various seating areas to sit and relax throughout the day.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.

With superb attention to detail and consideration to guest comfort, this a wonderful base from which to explore this traditional seaside town and this beautiful part of the World renowned Jurassic Coast at any time of the year.

Bed 1: Superking bed with TV, DAB Audio Pro speaker, Nespresso Coffee Machine & ensuite shower room, w.c. & basin. Patio door to garden and seating areas.
Bed 2: Superking bed with ensuite shower room, w.c. & basin (beds can be unzipped to make twin beds – please specify if required at time of booking)
Bed 3: Single bed with pull-out truckle bed (suitable for children – limited space in room when truckle bed in use)
Bathroom: Bath, shower over bath, w.c. & basin


FIRST FLOOR
Open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with French doors to the balcony with seating and a lovely view over the town to the coast


OUTSIDE
Private terraced garden with various seating areas and a raised gravel path linking the terraced areas. At ground level there is a table & chairs for “alfresco dining'' and the balcony on the first floor level cleverly links the home to the terraced area of the garden by way of a small bridge.
