A high-quality, detached house, commanding magnificent views across the town to the sea and Dorset's magnificent Jurassic coastline.

Situated in a private cul-de-sac with direct access to the coastal path and National Trust Reserve, the property is only a five minute walk down to the Lyme Regis seafront and town centre. The property's accommodation is split into two parts, the three bedroom main house and a ground floor, self-contained annexe with an open plan lounge with small kitchen, kingsize bed and ensuite shower room all decorated and furnished to an excellent standard. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival ensuring a great start to your holiday.

To the front of the main property is a balcony which takes advantage of the views and to the rear and the side there is a patio garden with seating areas. There is real attention to guest comfort, such as a locally sourced `welcome` hamper on arrival. A wonderful feature in the garden is a sunroom with a Jacuzzi. With parking for up to 4 cars the property offers a wonderful base to enjoy all that this historic seaside town has to offer.
