A charming and well-presented detached family home located on the eastern side of Lyme Regis only a few minutes’ walk from the town centre shops, restaurants and beaches.

The living space is bright and spacious with sky light windows flooding the kitchen and dining area with light. An adjoining conservatory overlooks the enclosed garden with its mature shrubs and pretty cottage style planting and patio with garden furniture. The cosy and comfortable lounge provides an ideal place to relax at the end of the day.

The four bedroom house has three bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate shower room located on the first floor. Stairs lead up to an impressive fourth bedroom with kingsize bed, vaulted ceilings and ensuite bathroom. A small balcony offers the most wonderful and far reaching sea views over Lyme Regis towards Golden Cap and the Jurassic coastline beyond.

With parking for one car and the 4 bedrooms offering flexible sleeping options , Hove To is a great place for families or friends to experience all that this picturesque seaside town has to offer. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.
