A delightful Grade II listed 18th Century townhouse situated in historic Coombe Street, a much sought after location in the heart of Old Lyme Regis.

Just 150 yards from the seafront and close to the Town Mill bakery, restaurants, pubs and shops. The cottage has undergone complete renovation and provides beautifully presented, high quality accommodation. A stylish mix of contemporary and vintage decor, the owners have introduced and restored many attractive features including stone floors, original floorboards and a wood burning stove.

A welcome hamper including tea, coffee and milk ensures a warm welcome on arrival. This is a fantastic property from which to relax and enjoy this stunning part of Jurassic coastline.


Please note:

  • This property offers accommodation for 8 people with a maximum of 6 adults. The dining space is more suitable for 4/5.
  • Occupation is from 4pm
  • A maximum of 1 dog is accepted. If you would like to bring a dog then this is charged at £20 per week (or part week).-Please note the outside gravel area is strictly prohibited for use as a dog "toilet"
  • This property does not allow short breaks June to September inclusive
