A delightful period town house located in old Lyme, just a couple of minutes level walk from the seafront.

The property backs onto the River Lym, with a small sunny patio overlooking the river itself. A wealth of character features, including a beautiful inglenook fireplace, stone walls and exposed beams combine wonderfully with a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Arranged over three floors the property includes two shower rooms as well as a bathroom and provides very good quality holiday accommodation.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. This is an excellent house from which to enjoy a traditional, relaxing, seaside holiday.


Please note: Due to limited dining/seating in the living areas, the property is only suitable for up to 6 adults. Parties of 8 can be accepted providing at least two children are included. Supervision will be required with younger children on the rear patio.
