Perched on the banks of the River Lym, this attractive detached bungalow enjoys a pretty, tranquil village setting only 5 minutes drive from the historic seaside town of Lyme Regis.

Private and well screened by mature hedging, the lawned front garden provides an ideal space to relax with the river running alongside beneath the trees. In addition there is a driveway providing parking for up to 3 cars and a patio garden to the rear of the bungalow which enjoys a sunny southerly aspect.

A most pleasant 30 minute walk following the course of the river will take you to the centre of Lyme Regis where you can spend time on the beaches or exploring the towns unique collection of pubs, restaurants and privately owned shops and galleries. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.

Ideal for both couples and small families, Lymside provides a wonderful base to enjoy all that Lyme Regis and the surrounding area has to offer.


Please note: A maximum of one dog is accepted (a 2nd dog may be considered, please call the office to enquire). Dogs are charged at £20 each per week (or part week).

About Lyme Regis, Dorset (Uplyme)

On the outskirts of Lyme Regis but a village with an identity in its own right is Uplyme. Surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside, the area is popular with local walkers keen to take in the fauna & flora. Follow the old Bluebell Line or walk past the viaduct at Cannington - a stunning piece of architecture straddling the valley.

With a great many amenities including The Talbot Inn village pub, village hall, a church, play park, cricket club, tennis courts, petrol station and post office store, stocking a good supply of produce including locally sourced bread, wine, beer and cider. A picturesque 30-minute riverside walk will take you into Lyme Regis.
