Quietly situated in a private cul-de-sac just 5 minutes' walk from Lyme Regis seafront and town centre. Comfortably furnished and well maintained, the property is surrounded by a mature garden with lawns to the front and a private seating area to the rear. Offering good quality accommodation, the cottage has many charming features including a vaulted ceiling in the open plan lounge and dining room which adds to the feeling of space.

To the front of the property is a balcony which has the benefit of views of the coastline to Golden Cap and Portland. The South West coastal path and Ware Cliff National Trust reserve are just 50 metres away. These are beautiful attractions at any time of the year.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.
