A house of historic importance, the current owners have beautifully restored the property to its former splendour retaining a wealth of character features including window seats, fireplaces and wood panelling. The interior is a lovely, stylish mix of modern and vintage decor and high quality furnishings which compliment wonderfully the original character and charm.

Overlooking Georges Square in the heart of Lyme Regis the house lies just 150 yards flat walk from the seafront and close to the Town Mill bakery, restaurants, pubs and shops. A fantastic property, with its central location allowing you to enjoy all that this traditional seaside town has to offer.

  • A refundable security deposit of £50 is required for all bookings.
  • There is a double sofa bed for 1 person in the lounge (no children under 10 years old).
  • A maximum of 1 dog is accepted. If you would like to bring a dog then this is charged at £20 per week (or part week).
