- Due to the age and history of the building the floors may be uneven in places.
- The staircase leading to the lower ground floor is fairly steep and very narrow in part. There is a rope hand rail only so care will need to be taken.
- Due to the width of the staircases, stair gates do not fit the stairs in this property.
