Located within an enclosed walled garden and with the most impressive views over the Lyme Regis and Jurassic Coastline, Rose Cottage is a delightful home with a wealth of character features. The large open plan kitchen with dining table and comfortable seating area is flooded with light from the vaulted ceiling and skylight windows. Patio doors open onto the large outside seating area and garden which enjoys far reaching views over the town and the coastline beyond.

With an abundance of quirky and original features typical of an older cottage, the exposed wood panelling, feature fireplaces and ceiling beams create a cosy feel throughout. The four bedrooms are bright and well-presented and dressed with many of the owner’s stylish and personal touches. A spacious family bathroom with roll-top bath and separate ground floor shower room makes this cottage an excellent choice for families or friends wishing to holiday together. Just a 5-10 minute walk will take you to the town centre with its independent shops, restaurants and beaches.

The well-presented walled garden with mature trees and shrubs, roses and area of lawn is a real highlight of the cottage. The patio area with arbour seating and outside furniture provide a wonderful space for alfresco dining or a spot to simply sit, relax and take in the wonderful views. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.

  • A maximum of three dogs are accepted. Dogs are charged at £20 each per week (or part week)
  • Due to the age of the cottage, the staircases are steeper than usual and some of the rooms have low ceiling heights. There are also some internal steps.
