This quaint, 18th Century, Grade II listed cottage is quietly situated in the village of Uplyme on the outskirts of Lyme Regis.
Retaining all of its character and charm the property has been refurbished and modernised to a high standard. As well as preserving its lovely period feel the owners have introduced some very attractive features including a woodburner in the lounge and dining room.
The River Lym runs at the bottom of the garden which has a lawn area and small patio with table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the sun. Numerous footpaths and bridleways are within easy reach including a delightful riverside walk to Lyme Regis seafront which takes around 30 minutes.
The local village pub, post office stores, church, cricket field, tennis court and children's playground are all nearby making the cottage an ideal base for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year.
Please note: The garden is enclosed and, for younger children's and pets safety, a fence and locked gate restrict access to the river. A maximum of 2 dogs are accepted.
