A short stroll will take you to the Colyton Tram Station, where you can take a picturesque tram ride alongside the River Axe and the wetlands nature reserve into Seaton.

The comfortable lounge has a cosy feel with ceiling beams and a wood burning stove making it an ideal choice at any time of the year. The open plan kitchen and bathroom have been recently refitted to compliment the character and style of the cottage and provide modern comfort and touches. The three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping options making this a perfect choice for family holidays or for friends or couples wishing to holiday together. With the coast only a 15 minutes’ drive away the breath-taking Jurassic Coastline offers a good selection of beaches as well as the quaint fishing village of Beer or the famous Cobb harbour at Lyme Regis all within easy reach. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.
