It forms part of Sea Tree House, a grand Grade II listed Georgian house dating back over 200 years and with a fascinating heritage. Jane Austen probably stayed here in 1804 when she and some of her family visited Lyme.

Lovingly restored by the current owners, the original character of the property has been retained and includes large sash windows and attractive features throughout which add to the feeling of historic charm and elegance. Furnished and decorated to a high standard the property is equipped with everything a couple or small family require for a relaxing holiday.

Ideally situated within easy walking distance of Lyme's beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants this central location makes this is an excellent choice to enjoy a traditional, seaside holiday at any time of the year.
