A unique Grade II listed cottage wonderfully located at the bottom of Sherborne Lane, in the very heart of Lyme Regis. Overlooking the River Lym, the nearby river walk provides easy walking into the town and beaches. Lyme’s unique and independent shops, restaurants and galleries are only two minutes’ walk away.

The character and overall style of this property is complimented by the many original features including the exposed stonework, wooden floors and ceiling beams. A great deal of thought and consideration has gone into the layout of the cottage to make the most of the garden with summerhouse and patio with seating, accessed directly from the living areas on the first floor.

This really is a wonderful holiday home-from-home and the perfect place to enjoy a traditional family holiday and experience all that this seaside resort has to offer.
