An attractive, thatched Grade II listed cottage situated on a picturesque, pedestrian lane in the heart of Lyme Regis.

Joining Broad Street with the Old Town and the River Lym Sherborne Lane is one of the more sought after locations, a very short distance from the beach and town shops and restaurants. Sympathetically restored and refurbished the cottage retains a wealth of character features including window seats and original wood panelling beautifully mixed with more contemporary furnishings and some lovely personal touches.

With two bedrooms and further space for two guests in the snug on a good quality sofa-bed the property offers flexible accommodation for up to six guests. A lovely addition is the new hand-built kitchen with a wonderful feature window and stable door to a cottage garden with an "alfresco" patio dining area.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. A delightful cottage in a great location and the perfect place to enjoy a traditional cottage holiday in this unspoilt seaside resort.


Please note:

  • A refundable security deposit of £50 is required for all bookings (for the parking permit).
  • A maximum of two dogs are accepted. Dogs are charged at £20 each per week (or part week).
  • Supervision of younger children will be required in the garden.
