Part of a substantial, detached house converted into two apartments this very comfortable apartment is only a five minute walk from the seafront, shops, pubs and restaurants in Lyme Regis.

Offering lovely views of the sea and across town to the dramatic World Heritage coastline the property has been recently refurbished and provides bright, contemporary accommodation for couples or small families. Part of the refurbishment is the addition of a shower room on the ground floor, ideal for when coming in from a day at the beach!

A wonderful feature is the garden which, with a number of seating areas, takes full advantage of the fantastic views. This central location makes this is an excellent choice to enjoy a traditional, seaside holiday at any time of the year in this historic town.


Please note: A refundable security deposit of £50 is required for all bookings. A maximum of 1 dog is accepted. If you wish to bring a dog this is charged at £20 per week (or part week).
