From its elevated location, a short distance from the town centre, this former railway hotel is now offering wonderful self-catering holidays and breaks for larger groups or for several families holidaying together.

Victoria House is a substantial, detached red-brick property that boasts lovely views over the town to the coast from many of the rooms. The spacious living accommodation, for up to 20 guests, includes a large games room with pool table, table tennis and many other activities to occupy young and old alike. The more physically active are catered for with a small gym area and sauna suite on the lower ground floor.

In total there are 11 bedrooms, 8 of which are ensuite, and an additional shower room and family bathroom. The house has a large terraced patio area with seating, perfect for barbecues and al-fresco dining. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach and town amenities, larger parties will find this the ideal base from which to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Off-road parking for up to 10 vehicles.

The property occupies a MAXIMUM of 20 people and is in a residential area so loud noise late at night is not acceptable.


Please note: The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. A £500 refundable security deposit will be required for all bookings on this property.
