We were assured that Flat 1 had parking. It did not due to scaffolding being there. We double checked the availability of parking before we opted for it. Asked for Sykes to 'ring back' many times but it never happened and we spent a long time sitting on phone trying to speak to Sykes' reps. Bedroom blinds flimsy so no privacy during the day and had to keep the curtains shut instead. Intermittent wifi signal. Scalding hot water. Unable to take a shower all week as it was so hot. Comfy bed. Good location close to facilities.

We do apologise that you were unable to use the parking space during your stay, unfortunately there was a delay in the scaffolding being moved to the rear of the building. This has now been rectified. The owner is also looking into providing a brighter light. The Lyme Bay Team
