Specifically, the area to the right of the sink shows water penetration between the wooden pieces (grooves show black marks - first sign of mold?). An easy fix now by a light sanding back of the polyester coat, remove the 'black marks', and then applying a fresh top coat. If it is left 'as is' the situation will spread, and the wood will degrade - then, replacing the whole bench top very expensive.
It would have been appropriate to state 'up front' that there was no possibility of parking ...

It would have been appropriate to state 'up front' that there was no possibility of parking being available so that suitable arrangements could have been made before we arrived. The location is ideal and close to all the shops and restaurants that we used.
The 'welcome bag' was very appreciated although the 100 tea-bags was a little too many (maybe just a smaller pack of 20?) - we only used about eight tea bags and left the box behind and the box may have been 'thrown out' by the cleaner. An alternative would be to provide about 20 tea bags in the welcome bag or being provided in a tea bag container on the kitchen bench. Taking the outstanding tea bags back to Australia was not an option for us.
Would we book again.... absolutely!
