    “A lovely comfortable property.”

Access by car for loading / unloading is tight but achievable with care. It is nice and quiet. Instructions for the heating could be better, we did not realise the kitchen had underfloor heating for a couple of days (it was cold in there). Although garden is enclosed it is not escape proof if you have a dog that likes to explore, it did not cause us a problem but be aware. The stair gate to stop dogs going upstairs is nice. Also instructions for refuse disposal could be better, there were 3 bins on the path outside the property when we arrived but it was not clear which one of these was for our use? Plus we could not find a recycling bin. None of the above would put us off staying again though.
