    “The cottage itself was lovely.”

    It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our weekend in Lyme Regis. The parking was a big bonus, being so close to the centre and seafront. However we felt disappointed with a few things. The noise from the hotel opposite, on Monday morning at 4am we were woken by their VERY loud laundry lorry and then it was 2 hours of lorry after lorry, not just a little bit of noise it was too noisey for us to get back to sleep. Then after our lovely relaxing weekend away, we then ...

    It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our weekend in Lyme Regis. The parking was a big bonus, being so close to the centre and seafront. However we felt disappointed with a few things. The noise from the hotel opposite, on Monday morning at 4am we were woken by their VERY loud laundry lorry and then it was 2 hours of lorry after lorry, not just a little bit of noise it was too noisey for us to get back to sleep. Then after our lovely relaxing weekend away, we then have to do chores, including take out the bins, one was full of glass bottles that we hadnt used. We also then have to completely strip the beds and towels etc. I find this odd. We have stayed in alot of cottages and never had to do either of these chores before. We came away to get away from chores but ended up having to do yours for you. We paid over £500 for 3 nights and we have to do these household chores. Its not v good customer service.

This attractive cottage provides good quality accommodation in the heart of Lyme Regis. Situated in a small, private gated, courtyard the property benefits from a front and back garden patio, two off-road parking spaces and has attractive views down Broad Street to the sea and the beautiful Jurassic coastline. Opposite the cottage is the entrance to Lyme Regis' award winning seafront gardens which provide a most pleasant walk to the beach along with some of the finest views across Lyme Bay. The town's fine collection of shops, galleries and restaurants, sandy beach, harbour and The Cobb are literally within a short walk of the cottage, offering a great location for a "throw away the car keys" holiday. Well maintained and furnished, this is an ideal property for couples or small families looking for a central location close to the seafront. A wonderful choice at any time of the year there is a delightful coal effect fire in the sitting room, great for those cosy winter or cool spring nights.
