Safety concerns the bed ( someone did come out to tighten and in his words wow this is loose) Sofa ( wicker) failing apart and my husband cut his finger on it. Mould to both bathrooms and therefore stale smell to the home Dirty toilet brushes, dirty handrails and bed frames Dinning chairs dirty Fridge was not fit for purpose, it kept freezing food therefore food waste regarding salad items. Also was dirty and rushing along the bolts/hinges Washing dryer did not work, but also no instructions to even try and navigate how to use it At the time of booking the pool at the neighbouring hotel was in use, but on arrival it has been stopped and looking on line after the booking pictures of the pool access and details had been removed we were not made aware. This was a perk and a direct reason why we paid what we did originally! It was however an excellent location! And was well stocked with items despite being dirty. I would recommend this property to be paused for rental and a deep clean/attention to detail be made.

Thank you for bringing all these points to our attention It’s very upsetting to read especially as we pay to have our property cleaned, maintained and managed Our end of terrace holiday home is ideally situated between Lyme and Charmouth - we love it there! We have contacted the management company Property Owner
