Completely refurbished to a good standard this apartment offers comfortable accommodation in a great, coastal location in Lyme Regis.

Just a short walk from the sea front and shops the property makes great use of the space acquired including a spacious living area on the open mezzanine floor which also incorporates a solid fuel fire. With allocated parking less than two minutes walk away and a small enclosed courtyard with seating the property offers ideal accommodation to enjoy all Lyme has to offer.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.

The owner is one of Lyme Regis's most keen and appreciated fossil collectors and has left some helpful tips in the property for anyone who may wish to try their hand at finding their own Ichthyosaur tooth, or maybe more.


Please note: Access to the apartments is via a path off Church Street through Church grounds therefore there is no vehicle access for unloading/loading. We suggest walking from the parking which is under a two minutes walk away in Pooles Court. Please ask for details if required. A maximum of 2 dogs are accepted.
