    Only a few minutes walk into the centre of Lyme.

    Only a few minutes walk into the centre of Lyme. However the house is very tired looking on the inside and in need of some TLC and a good clean. The lounge carpet is full of stains which is not a good first impression when entering the house. It could do with a deep clean! The downstairs toilet window and main bathroom window do not open. The decking rail in the garden wobbles and is not safe. There are also dead plants in pots which need to be removed!

The property

A very attractive modern semi-detached town house quietly located on a small development in a residential area of Lyme Regis. Arranged over 3 floors the property is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and with its elevated position offers some wonderful views across the town to sea. There is a small south facing garden with a raised deck leading from the sitting room, as well as a good sized patio and a small sloping lawn. This terraced garden with garden furniture offers a place to sit and enjoy the sun almost all day while taking advantage of the views. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Approximately 15 minutes walk down to the town and beaches. Some holidaymakers may want us to mention that this development backs on to the small cemetery in Lyme Regis. The cul-de-sac has a small playground for young children.
